Like it or not, disinformation is now a way of American and Western
World life. Learn to deal with it. It's not easy, ever.

I can only make suggestions. 30 minutes of world news and 30
minutes of local news every evening will go a long way. And ask
yourself, are you hearing what you want to hear, or what you
need to hear? There really is a difference.

After you subtract the commercials, you have 18-20 minutes.

What we've been hearing for the last ten days are 16-17 minutes of
niggerwhines and Anfifa riots and 2-3 minutes of "in other news"...
